You must also incorporate "Part of the RLFans network" somewhere on it, however small.
Use of the Co-op logo and name is no longer allowed - blame the Co-op. So, if you're going to use the NRC logo/name, I'd check to see if permission is also needed for that.
Having said that, I like those initial attempts!
