he got the situation wrong but it was defiantly a head butt after dorn had decided not to square up.

He won't get a ban Leeds run the RFL don't they?

It was a football headbutt not a rugby headbutt. The over-reaction to it, starting from the Sky clowns downwards, has been immense. I don't know what's happened to our game.

Still surprised Sinfield did it, but should be Grade B, light contact headbutting which is 1-2 match ban minus early guilty plea. Grade C would be full contact with head 2-3 matches. Grade E is full contact with head in violent aggressive manner (4-8 matches no EGP) but anyone who actually knows what a headbutt is wouldn't charge him with that.

He should get grade B, probably will get grade C, and there'll be 30-page threads on how outrageous it all is that he's ever allowed to play again.

Dorn had unfairly won a penalty by holding on to Sinfield who took umbrage at this and the verbals from Dorn as he took a step towards Sinfield with his face extended. Sinfield inexcusably pushed his face into Dorn's face not quite in the classic head butt style. It was more of a Aussie kiss and Dorn in his after match interview showed that no damage was done. Sinfield will plead guilty with no wicked intent and previous good record so should get a lower ban which could still be 4 matches as use of the head is frowned on.

Aye. Fans claim it's gone soft an it's been sanitised but yet whenever anything remotely resembling "biff" happens on a RL field the same fans who complain the games gone soft are the first ones to get sand in their gash over it.
