They have been discontinued and I can't find one anywhere (I have tried all the usual 2nd hand haunts and anywhere else I can think of on and offline.

Does anyone have one they no longer want/use?

Just buy a normal yellow/blue bar scarf. I've got one I bought years ago and never wear, but it was about a fiver online. Just have a look on eBay or maybe somewhere like TOFFs.

*EDIT* I've just typed "yellow blue bar scarf" into eBay and a few came up. You'll get one for under a tenner.
