Seems strange, I watched the reverse fixture at Orrell a few months back and Eastmond played and didn't look at all interested, tonight he's got the match winner for the first team.

Mentioned that at the game tonight, looked a completely different player to that night.

14th man wearing the referee shirt certainly got a major assist in ending the record - no consistency and every 50/50 to Saints - its what you expect at KR though.

You must have been watching a different game than the rest of us then. Or is it sour grapes because you have just lost your unbeaten record. It was a very good game and could have gone either way with no help from the ref. He was the same for both sides.

Bit of sour grapes granted - but thought he was exceptionally harsh on Wigan in the last 15 minutes. Not taking anything away from Saints reserves as it was an excellent performance against a good Wigan outfit, but I thought the ref was extremely poor.

Absolute bollox. If that was true, Lucas would have been given a try that was bang on the line but the ref said it was held up. Worst referee I've seen in a long time, for both teams.

I take it you went for a pint at the point that Lucas touched down for saints then. As per the first team game he just had a generally poor game with lots of contentious decisions.

A throughly superb second half performance from Saints young guns and deserved the victory.
