Hull FC head coach Richard Agar can call upon the experience of hard working Danny Tickle for Sunday’s trip to Headingley after the second rower recovered from a hamstring injury.

The Black and Whites goal kicker has been named in the squad in place of youngster Liam Kent in the only change for the match against Leeds Rhinos and, if selected, he could captain the side in the absence of Craig Fitzgibbon.

Sprightly half back Sam Obst is included despite struggling with his own hamstring problem which he picked up in last week’s clash against Warrington Wolves and he is battling to be fit in time to play.

It leaves Agar with a number of selection decisions to make ahead of kick off, with Joe Westerman the most likely to replace Obst in the halves if he doesn’t make it, with Tickle returning in the back row.

Bit worried about Whiting this week. In the last two games Youngquest and then Riley/Atkins have shown up his lack of pace and movement, imagine what Ryan Hall could do to him.
