He scores tries. Best finisher bar none.. But at the same time my dad could score a few on the wing at cas
I've not seen another part of his game that massively stands out
A winger unless outstanding in all departments should not be getting a look in over say Houghton who's gonna finish season having made 8 times more tackles,pinned teams with raking kicks. Kicked 40.20s. Got double figure try assists. Nearly in double figure try's himself and steered his team from nearly half of every play of the balls all year
You could break down all the contenders in a similar way long before you start handing a M O S to a winger

Solomona is about to break the SL try scoring record that's stood for 12 years. What records has Houghton achieved? Should you want to compare stats I would guess Solomona would come out on top in everything except tackle counts. |

I think there's only been two top try scorers to win the MOS in the SL era in Tompkins & Richards , Vainikolo missed out to Lyon iirc . |
