if he appeals the visa section in canberra will look again at his application, if they allow his appeal he could be over here quite soon

if not...
12 weeks for the visa section to send the papers to the UK
4 weeks for the tribunal to list and hear his case
up to six weeks for a decision to be made and reach the visa section

so he might be here by august if he wins

I have always questioned the necessity of Eastwood (and his commitment after his “looking towards returning to the NRL” comment) so my question is – ‘Do we really need him?”

The longer he stays in Oz the longer, I suspect, I will be vindicated.

Can't see Leeds rushing to fill the big gap created by Eastwood no show.
If Leeds do OK, then big lump of dosh saved.

Personally I'd like to see Westerman in a Leeds shirt, but I don't think it'll happen. Seems he's happy to stay a Tigger and win feck all than prove he can step up and win trophies & enhance his international selection credentials.
