Went tonight, didn't pay, wouldn't have paid. Nothing l didn't know, fat blokes with tits lumbering around the field playing "all pile on". Yorkshire were s**t after quite a promising start, but a couple of things occurred that confirmed how some people from yawnion can't help themselves from having their little classist digs at League folk. Firstly, screen and tannoy announcements that supporters shouldn't boo or intimidate kickers when attemptimg shots at goal. Secondly, as we and others made our way out from watching something akin to paint drying 10 minutes from the end, after Sinny was subbed,a guy sat in a group aimed a comment " Oh have you seen Sinfield then?". It helped nobody, it was confrontational, it only served to drive a bigger wedge between the codes. My wife is posh, I've dragged her down, but even she said how spiteful and classist it was. Maybe some of the yawnion lot.didn't like it that the biggest crowd they will have this season was bolstered by Rhinos fans. It was a freebie, we went, but it only confirmed to me what a pile of sh** Union is in England and how some dyed in the wool Union fans still harbour massive grudges towards the better game.

Well done my friend you deserve a medal for turning up to watch that $h@t and to stick it out 70mins only re inforces that fact.

regards Sinfield.He should do ok, but you have to wonder how much desire he has left after the season just gone and being 35 now and learning a new game to boot. If yorkshire fail to get promoted can we really expect him to truck on infront of 1 man and his dog in the lower leagues?

I went and spent £5. I found it to be very educational....well it certainly taught me a lesson....never to go again.
Now I know why I love rugby league and the mighty Rhinos so much.

Injury crisis in the pivots and he'll be back at the Rhinos sometime in 2016.....called it back in June and I'll stick by it.

Couple of points from the OP. Firstly Union has a standard that kickers tend not to be booed, what is wrong with that.bsecondly if we saw Wigan fans leaving ten minutes early w would give them stick, so why the shock horror.

He has gone for the money so if he is coming back there will have to be some re-jigging of the salaries or Sinfield will have to work for less?

I don't think Sinny will come back to the Rhinos. He decided to call time on his RL career and ease into retirement with a season or two in the YC side. He finished his RL career in the best possible way leading a treble winning side. It couldn't have finished in any better way and his status as an all time Leeds RL legend was secured. Why would he come back and risk going out of the game for a second time off the back of a poor season?

I was also at the match and the first lf was vaguely entertaining but the second was drivel. The London welsh were just constantly timewasting and the ref did nothing to control this.

When the Southstand were shushed for abusing the kicker it was due to timewasting and nothing to do with trying to put him off.

It was an interesting evening but not one I wish to repeat.

But isn't timewasting what YYawnion is all about. Scrum down...... waste time Penalty kick....waste time.......Lineout.....waste time Ruck.....waste time Kick to touch......waste time Kick down field...waste time. 80 minutes...blow time....."that was a great game!" NOT!!!!!
