My little heart fluttered when I heard these words on Radio 5 this morning but it turned out to be some hooker I've never heard of. Phew.

Sale Sharks were up in court the other day for a winding up order for none payment of a tax debt.

Seems they are not in the best of financial health.

They haven't been for some time. They got rid of all their best paid players at the end of 2008-2009 and haven't really replaced them. The upkeep of a crumbling Edgeley Park is also costing them a lot of money.
