I'm more concerned that someone twice found guilty of violent offence doesnt even get a suspended sentance, how many people will he have to hurt before a judge will send him down? At least a suspended sentance would have deterant value.

As for Pryce, correct decision imo. He was protecting himself from a man armed with a rounders bat
