If you go to north west angling at Hindley and ask for Starlights, they are about an inch and a half long and about £2 for two. In red and green. Used to tape them to the end of your rod when night fishing from the beach fishing. If thats what your after. Also could try Leigh Anging Centre.
Bend them then shake to get them to glow and they last for about 8hrs.
