all hail dazzlin derek :-)

If you speak with your mate he will tell you that I have met with all my promises and financial commitments that I have ever made to the club so you need to get your facts straight.

If by heel draggers you refer to people who wish to see a sustainable club well managed operation with long term vision and steady growth rather than just a short term strategy with elements of risk taking and gambling then im guilty as charged.

I have resigned for my own personal reasons which I wont go into on a public forum and have wished Derek and his team well and will continue to financially support and sponsor the club I love but wont be involved in the day to day management team.

All the attention and focus should be on Paul Rowley and this truly great team of guys we have wearing our famous shirt so lets all get behind them and get over to Leeds and make our support count!!!

Well said, Andy - brilliant communication, as usual.

A very sad day for our club, and a huge loss. Thanks for the wonders you have worked, along with all your fellow BOM members, in such a short time.

Andy please don't put anymore about what has happened on here mate. Don't lower yourself rising to the people who revel in these situations. I am sorry you have made this decision and hope that you do return to the board one day. The great things that have happened to our club are partly to do with you and you should be very proud of your efforts.

Andy Mazey = Top bloke.

This season I, along with many others have never felt as involved with the team we love. Previously it always seemed that we (the speccies) were just there for the turnstile cash and the day to day running of the club was above us. That all changed when the new BoM came in and it was Andy along with Rob Parker who brought this whole "In it together" ethos to the club.
I can't think of anyone involved with the club now who will/can bridge the gap between fans and club that has been created with Andy's departure and I feel that "the family club" has now been a bit diluted.
Times change however and what's done is done but one thing can't be changed, and it's this!

Andy, it was YOU who was at the forefront in the resurgence of LCRLC. The team of players and our brilliant coach have worked miracles on the pitch, and you did the same off it. I and many others would like to say THANK YOU for your efforts. ;)

We can assure all the fans and regular posters on here that NOTHING will change as regards us getting the information out to you. I'm sure Andy will agree that he worked as part as a close-knit team in getting our communications out there. It has always been our intention to make our communications, on all of our media platforms, to be a little more fan friendly. This way we can cut the rumour mongering out at source, which I feel we've been achieving well all season. Hence the lack of negativity on here. Yes, the team playing so phenomenally as well does help too. So, no fear, our communications will not be 'diluted'.

Media platforms are all well and good.........to a point, and I sure there is still a close-knit team behind the scene, but the question is. Who's going to be (The face) of the management team on matchdays ?

Andy was always early in the Legends bar and mingled with the fan's, he had or appeared to have plenty of time for each and every fan who wanted to ask a question etc. It is this hands on approach that will disappear, please remember that it was not just getting information out to us that was/is Andy's forte, it's the fact that it was he, and he alone who really brought the "We're all in it together" feeling to life.
