Fair play to the RFL to actually get a positive spin out of what's been a shambolic sponsorship.

Best summarised as a drive past one , yes I've been lucky enough to see 2 but this particular caught my eye as it was the arch enemy Wigan. Sam Tomkins emblazoned all over the side with a message of support your local Super League club. Only trouble I was over taking just outside Worcester on the M5, 200 miles from Wigan and probably the same distance to any SL club. Only in RL

Wonder if Stobarts will pay to get rid of the ads on their vehicles, or do like we did with Emirates on the roof of Hilton stand and sod it lets leave it on.

So having the pictures of some SL players on a hundred trucks that hardly anyone has seen or even noticed has increased the number of people through the gates. I've got another tory spitting image style play scenario going through my head. They must have been falling about when they were contructing that press release.

Fantastic press release, the 'few' stobart trucks with any advertising, are the reason for the increased SKY viewing figures.

Why would any organisation, seeking to sell itself announce to the world (whether its true or not) that they made a right mess of that. Marketing is all about positivity. The break up with Stobarts was amicable, and shouldn't put other companies off wanting to get involved in RL.

And if true about increase in TV viewing, maybe long term we might have more dosh from Sky to get another club in SL (ie us) a few years down the line.

Well Non Relegation Sky viewing figures up by 45 % this season.

Record attendances ? Which club(s) ?

The guys running our game 'were they all sacked by the Banks they probably worked for before Mr Lewis" the Failure" ( WHEREVER HE HAS BEEN EMPLOYED) appointed them ?

I was being SILLY, BUT too many organizations/companies/mp's think that the 'general public' are thick.
Either you believe the 'spin' or like myself, you admire it.... and then let my brain 'laugh at it all'.
I KNOW WHY THEY DON'T Leeeiiiggghhh Leeeiiiiggghhh, I have seen "Prime Minister's Question Time" you know

On the one hand, I'm glad we've got out of this - there had to be a good reason for accepting it, the alternative had to be abysmal.

I'm just intrigued as to what the replacement will be - back of milk cartons?
