Surprised this hasn't been mentioned already, but Flintoff is out of the T20 cup side, and has been replaced by Adil Rashid. Quite surprised they didn't go for a more like-for-like replacement, such as Bresnan, but delighted that Deidre's got his chance.

As we've seen quite reguarly, spin bowlers can be a key weapon in such a short game, and he's got something different, what with being a leg spinner rather than a more orthodox finger spinner. He's also quite useful as a late order batsmen, and in T20 I think it's very important you bat as far down as possible.

You nominate a bowler and three batsmen, if you lose two wickets you are "all-out" and basically both sides face an over, the highest scoring team wins.
