Don't think Maters involvees will shine in this weeks US golf and going fotr Brian Gay (100/1) and Micheal Letzig at 125/1 to prevail.

China Open is a minefield as last 2 years has been won by a street by players who were fairly unknown at the time (and in truth are not much better known now!!!!).

Derby buzzer runs in the first for Henry Cecil at Newmarket tommorow - Native Ruler as short as 20's for the big one and runs in the 10f maiden, this is the real start of the flat season.

Interesting new sales race too with Liberation being the first runner for Godolphin along with a number of Derby entries and the Crowded House form tested with Monitor Closely.

Fantasia looks a good thing in the big Nell Gwyn Stakes but the price will reflect that (4/6 on the earlies IMO). Snoqualmie Girl can go well at a big price.

Thanks for the detailed response on Quevega, didn't get chance to say thanks as the other thread got closed.

I've had a little nibble at it and will keep having a go with some of my winnings as and when.

No probs Deano - she has two long term entries at Punchestown at the end of the month in the 3m Hurdle and the 2m Hurdle - both are G1's and also going to be entered in a Mares Hurdle there.

Pergamon is another than interests me - ran very well last year and will be a certain improver up in trip, well bred and yard going well early in the season. 40/1+ on Betfair.
