Isn't it Radford and the first team which need extra coaching help, not the U19's?

Hes got bags of experience...he has been a devolopment officer for the RFL in different areas of the country plus coached an international side, fans are always saying we need more back room staff..& the u19s are the future! The club cant do nothing right can they? He will develope loads of kids from the local area. Good move for FC imo

I agree the coaching staff needs strengthening but surely the first team squad need more help than the U19's who seem to be doing fine.

Would Crooks get a similar job with Leeds, Wigan or Saints?

Steve is badged up to his eyeballs & he was a very good semi-pro player, very good knowledge of the game, this is about FC not the other SL ckubs who i for one couldnt care less about

Pretty sure it was club legends systematically financially crippling your club into insolvency, subsequently inflicting pain and misery on local businesses.
