ryan has potential but thats all,he`s not really got better in the last two years after looking like another sam tompkins at 16 years old.the other players in our academy look twice his size and have really improved with their development and he`s said to have a attitude problem on top of that.terry matterson has already told him he has no plans to use him in the first team and told him he can go if he finds another club.
