Ditto - not even sure the ref was that bad though.

Batley gave us a lesson in how simple and effective the game is when the basics are done correctly.

Well done Batley; soaked up plenty of pressure and capitalised on your chances when they came - great performance!!

As for Leigh though, tonight showed why they should have been the ones to be relegated down to Championship One because they're just not up to Championship standard as a team and club...

Good luck for the rest of the season Batley but Leigh should be in the bottom tier of RL...

Excellent performance from you guys, was rooting for you all the way, seems we all came out of it well when Gary Thornton left you, he's doing a great job for our under 20's and it seems Karl's doing the same for you, hope you manage to hang on to him as there are sure to be a couple of Superleague clubs interested in his services after what he's achieved.
