Rumour circulating today that he's signing for us this week, Probably Wednesday, Didn't get a game today for Warrington either.



Decent enough player but bit of a kn0b, hope if we do get him its only on loan so we can fire him off quickly if he becomes disruptive.

I think he'd be too disruptive. Who's going to get dropped if he comes in? I just think he's someone we do not need right now.

Briers is contracted to Warrington until the end of the year and is on a real decent wedge. They are already very poor this year and if they lose him now i think that sends out the signals that they are not interested in this year and are building thus the crowds will drop off hugely.

I spotted this in Mike Riley's office the other day.

I saw Black & Penky have a bit of a spat at the Batley match. Add another hothead to that mix and the whole thing could fall apart. I'd save the money for a top notch signing or two for next year.
