The RFL have been pulling the shots and had their mind made up, and so so much depended on their decision regarding the fate of a team. fans, communities future. Yet one day before decision day they have to recalculate because crusaders pull the plug. What a FARCE.
I was left with a funny feeling that the right decision has been arrived at but without the RFL having to make it.
I wanted the RFL to admit that the Crusaders should have been helped through from the bottom up and not just plonked in.
And you do get the feeling that even though this has happened the RFL will carry on regardless with a rushed expansion of our game, because they haven't had to admit their failure.
