I could actually, just finished watching Avatar (cracking film BTW) and thought i would check on todays results and watched with interest the last 10 minutes on sky sports rolling score centre.

I remember back to the start of last year, i thought with the squad we had nothing would touch us but how wrong was i. I can see similar with Fax this year. Your training methods and coach are letting you down.

Think NL1 is starting to resemble Super Dooper League. Everyone conking everyone.

Were lucky that we have some reasonable fixtures coming up given our shocking injury list. I have no doubts that we will suffer quite a few defeats this year but Cullen has installed a never say die attitude in our lot and as long as you have that you'll be okay.

to still be 3rd with a game in hand is not bad considering

It's a must win game on Monday, i would take a 1 point win and then we need to stick Toulouse. After that we have tough games each week.

A thought:

We cant buy a win at the moment BUT still managed to turn you over in your backyard.

That was your cup final, we had 6 missing that night. Smashed by Hunslet/Leigh and now Fev perhaps i should have a bet on Fax not making the top 3.

our injury list might not be as big but 3 key players that would make a difference in attacl, Glesson, Brannighan and Gene currently out, any side would miss them 3.

Unless there's something else going on behind the scenes at Fax, it looks to me like their recruitment policy has possibly backfired. I always think back to Hull KR when they were in this division - their squad wasn't filled with well known names, but they were a bunch of young, hungry players and that showed in the way that they played. You look at the fax squad and you wonder how much desire is there. Possibly too many players at the wrong end of their careers with not that much to play for. Loads of talent there, but for whatever reason, no product on the pitch.
