He was dreadful on Sunday, it got to the point where we were expecting a penalty every time he was near the play. If he would just concentrate on his game rather than niggles around the ruck, he would probably be the best second row in the league.

I've never heard Widnes fans chanting that word at an ex-player. No way. Doran was a good player for Leigh and just got offered more money at Widnes, as a bloke in his mid 20s at the time who can blame him.

I don't have to justify why Doran has been excellent for us this year on the whole, you've seen him twice at best, I've seen him every week. Doran was certainly not our worst player on Sunday, the majority were 'dreadful', as you put it.

Doran is past it,he didnt play well at Leigh,in his one season,just as TKL didnt,not a fan ,our forwards bossed the game and we were missing 4 other first teamers,Wignes problem lies with King Cull,he talks a good game on Boots n All,but couldnt coach my dog to sit up.

He played prop at Leigh and had a very good season, I read the boards and people were disappointed to lose him. Easy to say he wasn't good now 2 years on.

Toa didn't want to play for Leigh, that was evident, but the myth that he was the same at Widnes made me laugh, ask most Widnes fans, Toa has been great for us and adds a real touch of class at times. He was on a pay as you play deal this year which shows he stuck his hand up. His knee injury this season could have happened to anyone (as it did with Haggerty).

And personally, in my opinion (yours may be different - fine) I don't think anybody should be having a pop at 'King Cull' at this moment in time with what he's going through.

He has my strongest sympathies like the rest of ALL rugby fans,im just stating where in my oppinion your problems lie,as for Doran and TKL,they both came to Leigh because of the situation at the time at your place,sinking ships come to mind here.

I don't think Charlie Caroli is one of those "think before you speak" types.

Doran without his penchant for giving away stupid penalties is one of the best forwards in this division, still. On the odd occasion where his temperament is impeccable there is rarely a better player on the pitch.
